Looking for a relaxing evening without a care in the world? Not in the mood to captain your own boat? Step aboard our Blue Bay sailboat for a snorkeling tour and Dinner Cruise in one, along Bonaire’s stunning coastline. Of all Bonaire snorkeling tours and trips, this is the one where everything is taken care of: the crew sails, snorkels with you and fires up the BBQ. If we’re lucky, dolphins might even swim along with us on the way.
What your afternoon looks like
- 2:15 pm: meet us at the dock in Harbour Village Marina, where the crew welcomes you aboard.
- 2:30 pm: up go the sails. With a drink in hand, you glide along the coast toward the best snorkeling spot of the day, often at Klein Bonaire, the small uninhabited island just off the coast.
- Around 3:30 pm: snorkel stop. Snorkel gear, full-face masks and floats are ready for you, and the crew simply joins you in the water.
- Around 5 pm: back on board, the team serves a generous BBQ: tender beef tenderloin, chorizo sausages, marinated chicken skewers, fresh-caught tuna (when available) and our homemade salads.
- Around 6:15 pm: with the sun sinking lower, we sail back at an easy pace. Golden hour on the water.
- 7 pm: we dock at the marina, relaxed, satisfied and with the best photos of your vacation.
Who this tour is for
This is our most-booked tour, and that’s because it works for almost everyone. Couples get their sunset with a drink on deck. Families and groups of friends get a complete program of snorkeling, food and sailing. And cruise guests are back in port with plenty of time to spare; just tell us which ship you’re on when you book, and we’ll help you work out the timing.
All-in-one for a carefree evening
The Dinner Cruise includes:
- Open bar with beer, wine, soft drinks and cocktails
- Snorkel gear and/or full-face masks with snorkel vests or noodles
- A generous BBQ dinner, prepared on board
The only things you arrange yourself are your Stinapa Nature Tag, the mandatory nature fee for Bonaire’s marine park, and what you’d like to wear in the photos.

Good to know
I have a special diet or an allergy. Can the BBQ be adjusted?
Yes. Let us know about your dietary needs or allergy when you book, and the crew will take care of it. Vegetarian, gluten-free or no fish is no problem at all.
Is the tour suitable for children?
Absolutely. Children sail with us for $85, we have life jackets and floats in every size, and the crew keeps an extra eye on the kids while snorkeling. Children aged 11 and under also don't need a Stinapa Nature Tag.
What if I get seasick easily?
Bonaire's west coast is sheltered from the wind, so the water there is remarkably calm. The boat lies still at anchor during snorkeling and the BBQ. If you get seasick easily, pick a spot in the middle of the boat and keep your eyes on the horizon; most guests don't feel a thing.
What happens in bad weather?
If there is too much wind or a thunderstorm, we move the tour to another time free of charge, or you get your money back. We make the call no later than a few hours before departure, and you'll hear from us right away via WhatsApp.
Do I need snorkeling experience?
No. You get instructions, snorkel gear and, if you like, a full-face mask and a float. The crew snorkels with you, so even if it's your first time, you're in good hands.
