We went on the sail, snorkel and sunset barbecue yesterday. We couldn’t have had a lovelier time. As the scuba crowd knows, you can’t dive that final day before flying. This is an excellent solution as to what to do with that last day. Walter picked us up from our resort and he and wife Lisette were the perfect hosts. We sailed on their beautiful yacht, and learned interesting background on the island. We anchored at a great snorkel site which we enjoyed. Walter barbecued delicious sirloin. A variety of sausages, pork and tuna seared just the way we like it with wasabi sauce. There were delicious side salads and a platter of fruit and all the wine, beer or other beverage you would like. Then the smooth sail back in the warm breeze. Beautiful!
